Should I wash the car today?

Wash Timing tells you good days to wash your car with a simple traffic light, based on third-party weather forecasts. It does not make its own weather predictions, and your wash records and cycle stay quietly on your device.

Currently preparing for release.

One glance, one light

Green, yellow, or red tells you whether today is good for a wash. Just the call you need, not a pile of numbers.

Based on third-party forecasts

It takes OpenWeather's forecast and picks good wash days by fixed rules. The app does not predict the weather itself.

On your device only

Your wash records, cycle, and preferred days are handled on your device and are not sent to a developer server.

How it works

Instead of promising an exact time, it re-evaluates with the latest forecast whenever you open it.

1 · Pick a city

Choose where you live. No GPS or location permission is used.

2 · Cycle & records

Log your wash cycle and past washes, and it also works out when you're due.

3 · Light & notice

When a good day comes, it quietly notifies you in your chosen window (morning/evening).

No. You choose your city yourself, and the forecast is fetched for that selected city.
What do the traffic-light colors mean?
Green means a good day to wash, yellow is so-so, and red is not recommended.
Where are wash records stored?
Wash records, cycle, and preferred days stay on your device and are not sent to a developer server.

Forecasts are for reference

Wash Timing reads third-party forecasts with fixed rules to show good wash days. It does not predict the weather itself, and official weather sources should be checked for safety or severe-weather decisions.
